Honestly, if those are your main reasons for hating Smogon, then stay away from ANY COMPETITIVE POKEMON FORMAT, OFFICIAL OR UNOFFICIAL because it's not just Smogon that's at fault. Official Battle Spot and Official VGC have all the same issues.
