you guys do realize that crustaceans are more closely related to insects than arachnids are to insects, right

Also, the Bug type has a panarthropod and 2 GASTROPODS. The only reason Krabby and Kingler aren't Bug is because we view crustaceans more as "food" than "creepy crawlies".

That's something that you can't NOT make a bug, but it'd still be better off not being a bug.

Being a bug-type may make for neat flavor - well, with krabby still not - but it's always a liability that will decrease usage, it won't "Fix" shit.

I'm not sure it's necessary to take away speed. Kingler already isn't fast, a third evo that gets special killed by anything just because everything outspeeds it isn't something anyone gets excited for.

I think Stantler should have been made Normal/Psyhic in order to match up with the dex entry and make it stand out more.

To balance this Girafarig should then been made Psyhic/Dark or Normal/Dark as a counterpart.

if krabby should be a bug tonnes of other pokemon would get bug too. barbaracle since barnacles are crustaceans, slugma line and gastrodon line, every cephalopod pokemon too technically, octillery and omanyte and malamar
