but types are applied as percentages, e.g. charizard might be 50% fire, 25% flying, 25% dragon.

How would this change battles and shit, STAB and resistances and stuff applied by percentage too? Like a 5% electric pokemon would get a 5% STAB boost with an electric move?

I'd make Zygarde part dark and fairy because it's supposed to have power over life (Xerneas power) and death (Yveltal power), he even shoot red and blue lasers from its wings in its perfect form. Also rock for obvious reasons and grass for what he was shown to do in the anime (make giant roots appear ala Hashirama from Naruto). The 50% forme would be poison because snakes and the moves coil and glare and the perfect form would be fighting because it's (according to the dex) a form especially adapted to battle

not that guy but the japanese name is denryu which reads as either electric current or electric dragon, which is why the mega gets that typing. also why they have sort of reptilian bodies i guess. they are said to have 'long sleeping dragon blood'.
