it doesnt get any physical dragon stab but outrage, and dragons a worse physical nuke than flying at this point
and itd make the mega outright worse by removing the ground immunity switch in opportunity and maintaining a fairy weakness on mega
realistically i think itd probably shift it to a way more defensive role, water/dragons a great defensive typing and it gets access to a bunch of really good support options a lot of other water types dont get like thunder wave and taunt, but then even thats limited by the fact that hes purely physical and therefore cant or at least shouldnt run scald
honestly just overall the quad elec weak seems worth the ground immunity and z nuke it provides, i dont know why anyone would want it to change
