Even in the west, Incineroar is winning polls nowadays while Decidueye is decidedly second place, as seen by my picture.
Further, the owlfags like to constantly post the same reddit polls from early and mid 2017 over and over, cropping out their dates, while these official (as in OP's pic) or at least verified (as in this pic) polls are from the present-day or at least near-present. Thus, one can deduce Incineroar has become more popular over time, and Decidueye less.
