It's a game made in RPG Maker. It srtuggles to reach 10fps. It's braindead easy but only has one completed gym. To make up for it they padded the demo up with mandatory sidequests and textdump cutscenes.

The main dev also tossed in some gay & tranny NPCs in order to deflect any criticism against the game.

Vega is not that good desu. Most of the designs are okay, but the good ones are very rare. Also, gym puzzles are atrocious, especially the one with ice floor, teleporters, rocks and moving rocks. What the fuck were they thinking?

I've actually never played Vega. I recommended it because Romhack General is constantly drooling all over it. The other three hacks are really great though.

When I watched the trailer originally I didn't even notice the rival was some tranny thing, considering it looks like a dude and probably was planned to be a dude before someone had a bright idea to be 'inclusive' as the dev likes to put it.
