Yellow has Pikachu, it follows you, Crystal had animated sprites, Suicune story, Emerald changes everything straight for the begining, screw Poochyena, Birtch is harrassed by a Zigzagoon, you fight BOTH teams, new areas exist, the Safari Zone has a new area with gen 2 mons, Battle Frontier, etc, same with Platinun, as well as BW2. 3rd versions, traditionally, change almost EVERYTHING in some way or another. USUM just copy pasted and plugged the URS in at places for lawlz. Almost entirely the same, a carbon copy until the very end.
