You might start to see shadow ball on weird shit to chunk magearna and clefable. Not necessarily a good option, but an option.
Mimikyu gets a handful more good matchups. Dunks on koko especially. Might be enough to keep it in OU til next year.
Magearna can't switch into gengar anymore. Neither can mawile for that matter. Its. Barely anything since they weren't great switchins before.
Chandlure already slaps every relevant fairy. Now it just does it harder.
Alolawak already clean one/two shots every fairy in the game so this doesn't bring it back to OU.
Decidueye stays exactly where the fuck it is. This means exactly squat for it since its a wallbreaker at best and support at worst. And it already broke any relevant fairy before this.
Everything else has too many other flaws to make a difference and not enough tanky fairies in lower tiers to shake that up radically.
Makes good ghosts more broken but the vast majority of ghost types remain shitmons because sometimes you just can't fix shit.
