Has anyone ever heard of, or spaned a pokemon that always performed a crit? Probably not the best place to ask, but I might as well see what the >experts think.
I was recently reminded of the last time my brother played through Pokemon Blue (running on Pokemon Stadium 2). It was a number of years ago, but I vividly recall that for whatever reason, the Blastoise he had near the end had a 100% (or near 100%) crit rate for every attack. Surf, hydro-pump, it didn't matter. It made the entire game really trivial, and we were baffled.
Does anyone have an explanation as to why that might happen? Insane luck? I don't think there were any kind of cheats or hacks involved.
