As for counterplays, OU is full of mons that either are immune to EQ, or can withstand several of Dugtrio's Earthquakes. Not even Chansey, Ferrothorn or Toxapex die from it, and even Heatran has an Air Balloon half of the time; but quite frankly, it would be nice if they did . They need more counters.
As for Landorus, you either gotta have a sneak Ice-type move on the 'mon that's facing it or change to another 'mon. Which doesn't matter because Landorus can either U-Turn or be changed next turn. Rubbish.
