>>35920765OP here. I'm not that familiar with japanese games like Fire Emblem but I've played many RPGs and some strategy games in my life. Conquest has poor RPG and strategic elements. You don't have to focus too much on developing and defending your kingdoms. You don't get to customize your characters by gaining new skills and raising chosen stats. It's a pretty good tactical game though, combat is satisfying.
