Rock types remove stealth rock upon their entry, similar to poison types removing toxic spikes. Give some rock types better speed. Rock should be a glass cannon type.

Type matchups seem fine offensively. I guess Ground Weakness could be removed. Don't understand the reasoning behind it anyway. Also most Rock-Types seem to be slow and have high Defense while being weak to types that mostly do special attacks so I think redistributing stats would be more important than fixing the type matchups. I'm just a retard who doesn't even really play Pokémon though. Thanks for reading my blogpost.

However bug does neutral damage to fairy, ghost, and fighting now. Now bug is okay offensively instead of worse in the game

Alternatively, buff fire types which encourage rock types to be used, and reduce prevalence of steel types
