It won't be OU or anything, but the guts set with this speed tier should break it out of PU and into NU, maybe even niche in RU with the right team. Regardless of it making sense or not from a design perspective, electric/dark luxray would gain two powerful allies in crunch STAB and the ability to switch into psychic types, ghost types or knock off users after its flame orb has burned it.
If it had sucker punch and something stronger than wild charge, it'd be pretty interesting instead of just being pure electric type nº12084: slow physical edition.
