We have NPCs that ARE pokemon in disguise, you forgot gen 5?

Also gen 6 had the O powers too, which includes a man that can share magic-like powers, different men that can fuse themselves into one (the previously mentioned man) and a pokemon cosmic power as origin of this force (according to gen 7)

Oh and Pokemon ReBurst is a thing

Yeah but thats a side manga

I feel like small wacky charaters like Mr bonding dont really count. We're talking rather about big stuff like AZ or URS guys
