Patching it isn't that hard anon,its pretty easy.Check /emugen/ wiki for a clean Heart Gold.

It comes with a instuction .txt,but basicly just put the patch you want to use and your clean game in the same folder as the xdelta gui.exe

What does "clean" exactly mean? How would you get an "unclean" ROM?

Aren't all of the roms from emuparadise clean?
