Gen5 was literally made to pander to mentally handicapped children. Japanese children found Sinnoh to be confusing and Masuda dumbed everything down for them. That's what caused the extreme linearity, handholding etc

Sorry, Johto holds that title. Unova has some good mons, but it's more remembered for its shit designs like Maractus or Basculin.
>Best feel
Third best. Gen II and IV hold onto that title with their graphics.

What I will say about Unova though was that it had amazing dungeon design. Loved every second of the actual gameplay, and contrary to the memes it was before the casualization of the mainline games. Everything after this generation was utter shit.
