Rules: Can only change 3 aspects of them chosen from the following(Ability, Type, a damage move, a status move or 10 point distribution anywhere).
Can do multiples of moves but only a max of 20 points can be added to base.
For any changes you the first 4 options you have to justify it and take reference to the Japanese name of the move/ability or reference the Pokemon's lore.

So no Sucker Punch for things just because of fists or the like.

Basically Fire type Pixelate. Justification is that Sylveon already set precedence for this to just be a bootstrap ability to compensate for lacking movepools in a typing. Along with this Flareon is just a larger eevee in exact design but burning, so just making all of Eevee's normal type moves fire type would be justfied along with the 3000 degree dex entries.
>New Move: Extremespeed
Make it an Egg move or special event move for Eevee himself to pass on considering like Pikachu he is a special snowflake starter now.
>New Move: Fake Out
Move is usually given to pokemon with paws or large hands to who seem like they can clap together, so giving it to Flareon wouldn't be out of the question.

Now Flareon has 2 high priority physical stabs boosted by Immolate to take advantage of his large attack and won't bleed him from recoil and aren't too badly hindered by rocks.
