There should be a third version where Team Flare awakens both Xerneas and Yveltal and they begin destroying Luimiose City, then the player would have to search Zygarde for help and collect her cells to help it achieve her complete form

I fucking guarantee any Z version would have been about Team Flare trying to cleanse Kalos because all of the Fre–Kalosians keep polluting it with their very existence, except the tools they're using to get there are destroying the environment further, so Zygarde isn't exactly too fond of them either

Legendaries and mythicals just need to be exotic and interesting. There is no need for combat prowess as far as I'm concerned.

If it got to be a cover legendary, then I don't doubt that its low on HP gimmick would be scrapped in favor of its Perfect form being permanent and possible to swap freely between all its different forms
