Ok, when you send Sceptile out, use Leaf Blade. We don't want to reveal our set too early.

Late in the match, you surprise them with Fling. Now Sceptile is faster than the opponent and can use Swords Dance to sweep. If you're still slower, you can use Agility.

This set guarantees maximum speed and competent offensive power, bringing out Sceptile's potential.
