get rid of exp share, or make it work like it did in older gens and stop making it available so early in the game

I've been trying to think of ways to improve them for a fan game, but it just makes me realize they're too broken to be fixed. The battle system would have to be completely different, but I don't know what.

Battle style set is an easy way to make the game hard, no items during battles cranks up the difficulty too.
