Pokémon games don't last longer than 20-25 hours (30 if you're stupid or like to explore). You should be able to finish USUM in 1-2 weeks if you're busy with job or school.

I like to catch em all, and also I spend an inordinate amount of time grinding because I prefer not to steamroll everybody with my starter.

Unfortunately very few ones are worth exploring.

My Moon run legit lasted over 350 hours before I faced the final boss

Probably 300 but unlike in gen 3 Moon doesn't record a "Hall of Fame Debut" time to my memory
