I think Gorochu has a slim chance because it's unrelated to the beta. The beta stuff, though, is VERY unlikely. Think about it:

>GF already knows babies were a mistake
>Beta variants were replaced because they weren't satisfyed with them (the starters, for instance, were just too bland)
>Some designs use the same concepts as pokemon that already exist by this point (Rinrin vs Chimecho, Warwolf vs Shiftry, Madame vs Lugia, Raitora vs Spheal/Raikou)
>Beta exclusives that had potential were already redesigned for later gens (there is nothing post gen 4 that is related to the beta)

No way. GF wouldn't add leaked scrapped concepts just because some forum liked it. At best they will use some of the concepts as bases for new Pokémon like they did with Leafeon, the Licky evo and the Tangela evo.

A slightly larger chance as they talked about it themselves and on purpose instead of it being leaked. Wouldn't count on it since we got Alolan Raichu just a few years ago.

Is Rinrin the cat one? It's not much like Chimecho at all, closer to Skitty or Purrloin if anything. Chimecho itself barely made it into RS if its index number is anything to go by.

Yes, Rinrin is the bell cat. It's obviously not identical to chimecho, but it's defining feature is already present in another Pokemon.
