USUM still has her and Looker appear by Poni Gauntlet and in the Battle Tree, but their sidequest (i.e. the UB fetch quest in SM where she and Looker team up with you) is not there due to the UBs being encountered in their native worlds through wormholes rather than as invaders, and the new ones being with the Ultra Recon Squad instead.

I prefer the wormholes, the fetch quest just made me wish they actually put more in than "we spotted one go get it" without any expansion on them.
I would've been mad if the final boss was the exact same thing, the game was lazy enough as it is.

I don't think he hates them, it's just that there's no reason to implement them in Spe so far because everything is proof-wrote from the get go
He did mention there are alternate universes before, were brought up recently in ORAS and SM

Anyways, Dialga lore itself is that it's the pokemon that created countless alternate universes according to sinnoh books in DPPt. There's no way to deny it's part of the pokemon lore.

Gladion was telling how Lusamine doesn't give a shit for him and he's beign tricked but he was like NO LUSAMINE SAW MY STRENGT and got caught
Seems like Lusamine prepared him to summon the Ultra Beasts and made him believe they will obey his command because he's a "strong trainer" but the Ultra Beasts went wild. Nihilego needs a host to survive and drive strenght from so naturally, it took whatever looked vulnerable. Guzma was distracted ranting.

not even Lysandre and Malva died despite their injuries. Yamamoto confirmed they are unconcious. At most she will get a vague disappereance like Pryce, Archie and Maxie

Maxie and Archie disappeared. Their bodies were breaking apart and Archie is shown to have disappeared in a ball of light. That was obviously made so they can confirm later if it was a true death or not depending on what it's needed just like what happened to Pryce. Even Maxie confirms later Archie didn't kill him, he lost, so now Archie just looks like he was being dramatic and drowning in more survivor's guilt than we were initially shown.
Cyrus was taken to the disortion world and brought back by the rest of cast safely.

Lillie should not be a romantic interest anymore than the girl character was in the remakes and other games, I mean Leaf,Kris,Hilda,Rosa and Moon don't exist in game canon where as Lyra,May,Dawn do

yeah, the lillie cave scene got replaced with actual gameplay and Anabel got replaced with new places (read: hallways) to visit instead of just spouting where the next beast is and telling you to go get it
at the bare minimum it was something new rather than rehashing the exact same shit, and the UB worlds were much better than just going back to useless areas you already saw
