Hardness is measured by 3+ factors, comparing "all" metal to anything, especially each other is retarded. Let alone to ice. Diamonds are used to test hardness, that doesn't mean we somehow can't mine or damage it with metal. Hence Metal > Rock

Actually, Oxidation rusts metal (steel is a metal), Water just happens to have oxygen in it, BUT, as long as you take care of it, you can prevent rust, and rust takes a long time to occur anyways.

Most metals are terrible conductors. Water isn't a PARTICULARLY good conductor either, but the point is electrocuting water is bad for anything IN it. Metal conducting does nothing to the metal or anything surrounded by the metal presuming it's grounded.
