she'll have 4 pokemon
>Lucario
>Roserade
>Togekiss
>Garchomp
and they'll all only have the last 4 level up moves they learn, except garchomp, who will have 3 to balance out the fact that it mega evolves. Make them 10 levels lower too. FInally, right before you battle her you are given a mamoswine as a gift with earthquake and ice shard, that way you can use it to sweep her in case the battle is too hard

Probably no change, since Fairy type deals with Garchomp and Spiritomb decently well she's already easier just by basic mechanics.

Her Platinum team was already casualized compared to DP. Factor in Garchomp becoming slower upon Mega Evolving and Spiritomb having a weakness and she's already easier than Ultra Necrozma.

That change made sense though. She already has Milotic for a Water-Type, and Togekiss has much-needed Flying and Electric attacks, plus Aura Sphere and Water Pulse for good measure. Yes, Hustle sucks for Togekiss, but Serene Grace would just too much to bear.

Nerfing her pokemon team's movesets.
What made Cynthia so fearsome is that her whole team was "everything-proof." She didn't repeat a single type and could take on most things available. If they get rid of cover moves like Garchomp's Stone Edge, she will become incredibly easy.
