It only does this shit in US/UM so if you've not got them then you know why.

It also talks less if you don't pay any attention to it in US/UM but then you also can't make use of the O-power type things it gives.

If you use PKHex, you can edit the nickname Rotom gives you.
In game Rotom says "Listen up, my nigga!"
