Gonna try and conquer the Battle Frontier. Between Emerald and FireRed, are there any particularly useful choices in Gen 3 that aren't obvious?
Also, tips on this bullshit?

I got all silver symbol with milotic, salamence, metagross. Gonna go for the gold one day. Werster got all gold simbols with swampert latios and metagross and he was speed running, too

I went with wersters strat he used for his speedrun.
