This was the team I used to beat BW1 (at level 51, no items). As you can see, it was as painful as you could imagine.
Victory Road was a pain, I barely prevailed against E4 member, and N took me forever to deal with. I coudln't beat him while my guys were at 48, so I left and grinded up to 51. I still couldn't beat him, so I had to resort to toxic stalling his Zekrom since it hit me way too hard, and that I had a huge weakness to both ice and rock, which he had plenty of. I pretty much got lucky with Ghetsis.
