The Bravest Bird was a legitimately interesting concept and didn't need to be nerfed, specially since they introduced way more OP shit in Gen7 & counters to priority anyway

Agreed, Talonflame never needed a nerf. It baffles me how quick GameFreak is to nerf route 1 shitmons carried entirely by a single gimmick and not one of the six trillion legendaries which have been shitting all over the meta for years.

The mere fact that Gamefreak does these little changes piss me off. It's like Pokemon games are now MOBAs or some competitive shit like that. Who the fuck will remember which Pokemon got +10 boost to stats? I don't want to check Bulbapedia or Serebii to see patch notes.
Jesus Christ, Gamefreak can't into competitive. First there were weather wars. Then fucking megas and some extremely retarded abilities like Pixilate. Everything is just a giant RNGfest with same 20-30 Pokemon being used, anyway. Why bother?

The concept died with Psychic Terrain and there being better Tailwind users. If anything, the Gale Wings nerf allows Talonflame to attack in Psychic Terrain after the first Brave Bird or Flare Blitz.
