Hoarder: This pokemon can hold two items at once
Last Stand: This pokemon's attack and special attack are raised 3 stages when its health drops below 25%
Clean Slate: When this pokemon is sent into battle, all the opponents stat changes are reset

A bit too overpowered, don't you think? What if restricted to only certain types of status moves (e.g. that change primary statuses) or reduced attack (20 instead of 50)? Still useful, except you can't run a whole status set anymore.

Basically if you have your water type use and ice attack on a grass enemy it basically stabs and if you use it against a fire type it basically does nothing.
Its basically useless

Fast Reflexes
If the opposing Pokemon is slower than the user, all of its moves with increased priority will fail

Powered-Up Cannon or something like that
Increases the power of beam moves
(thunderbolt, ice beam, Aurora beam, flamethrower, Draco meteor I guess, flash cannon, basically anything that is a beam or a day) by 30% because it's a lot of moves

This one is cancer, but it gives me a laugh, and might fuck up the metagame bc Attract is broken

Ability: Sharp Blades

Attacks like Slash (and its type-shifted clones) as well as moves like Leaf Blade get a 20% boost in power.

Pokemon to receive it: Gallade (and its Mega) Pawniard/Bisharp, and other Pokemon that bladed bodies such as Scyther. M-Gallade would need to have its Attack stat lowered a bit to keep it balanced (put 10-15 into SDef)
