When I think of Ten Carat Hill, Jangmo-o and Hakamo-o are the FIRST thing that come to mind - the first time we were introduced to Ten Carat Hill at all, it was all about them... And yet they're not there.
Way closer to the start of the game but still an area you have to go out of your way to find when you're expected to move on to the next island anyway - it's perfect for Jangmo-o.
