If you've ever play Kingdom Hearts 2, those aerial shenanigans that Xigbar pulls off is spatial manipulation. Opening portals, teleporting, disorienting space, splicing the space between matter, and in some cases, gravity manipulation are just ways this power has been expressed. I'm sure Palkia has done one or more of these things at some point?
