Chansey, Weezing, Vaporeon, Snorlax, Mew, Slowbro, Cloyster, Wigglytuff, Clefable and Zapdos are all potential stall mons, provided they get some form of recovery (Cloyster doesn't get any as it is now afaik but it can be a big physical wall).
If somehow Weezing gets Will-o-Wisp, I'd expect most teams running it for physical defense and Chansey for special.
