Me too.

On my first playthrough of a Pokémon game I don't consider it complete until I've completed the Dex on it, beaten every trainer at least once (and specifically at their best in the case of games with rematches), and obtained all of the items scattered around (including hidden ones).

For later playthroughs only the Dex requirement goes away since at that point transfer/trading of the my living Dex from the main copy or later Bank at any time is possible (though now with Bank I usually do so anyway since it's only takes a couple minutes to plop them in and pull them out).

That was already done in Colosseum. The only problem with curve was at the very end, since there were two noticeable level spikes in a row.
