We literally know nothing about Eevee other than the fact that evolves into different pokemon. Nothing about it's behaviour, what it eats, it's interactions with other species or even humans, or anything like that. None of it's flavour text ever deviates from 'Yep. This fucker evolves into loads of shit'.
