VGC18 is pretty team-matchup heavy. I played one of my team's roughest matchups in top 4 against a really good, accomplished player who ended up winning the tournament.

No idea. It set off the alarm and the agent pulled me aside to interrogate me about what potentially dangerous item was in my bag but once he found the trophy he let me go.

Baek's a good friend of mine. He lent me the team and helped me learn a lot of its matchups. I made some minor changes like making the Snorlax slower for TR and changing the Accelgor EV spread, but it's pretty much the same team.

I brought Accelgor to almost every game, it plays a really cool niche role in doubles. Basically you pair it with a Tapu (usually Lele, but Koko kinda works too) and give it one of the terrain seed items (Psychic seed). The terrain activates the seed upon sending it out with Lele activating its Unburden ability and making it faster than pretty much anything in the meta, even mons under Tailwind or with Swift Swim. You can then double target slots with Accelgor's acid spray and its partner or trade mons with Final Gambit. Sometimes I'd lead Accelgor Mimikyu to trade an opposing mon with Gambit and set up a free Trick Room then bring in Lax to sweep. It also gets encore which is great for disrupting opposing setup, fake-out, or protect.

Doubles is confusing as hell to me. I catch mons, often legendaries, and the realize that what was once good natures for it are bad, and thus can't really change it. How do you deal with that.
Also, what was your thought process in your team lineup? Why did you choose the mons you chose?

Also, I studied that EV spreads should always be divisible by 4 and whatnot, but I'm always unsure how to pick what EV spreads would be effective. Would like to know the thought processes behind that if you have time
