Anyone here knows why the fuck Game Freak never gave Kyurem-Black or heck any form of Kyurem access to Ice Punch?!

Like fuck it has arms and is an Ice Type! What where they thinking?!

Lycanroc has different move pools depending on forms. Why not kyurem?

I know right. Also Wooper, fucking Wooper can learn Ice Punch and it has no arms. What was GF smoking when they made the decision to make a Physical form but with no Ice Stab move? Kyurem-W is able to use that 170 Special Attack to it's fullest while Kyurem-B has to contend to run Mixed sets.

Same reason it doesn’t get Icicle Crash: they really, really want you to use his signature move, Freeze Shock, regardless of how shitty it is

Had they made Freeze Shock not be a charge move it could have been solid. They could have made it a recoil move which would have been pretty sweet but instead it has a shitty recharge move that nobody will use. Hell the lack of Physical Ice Stab is probably the reason it's allowed in OU. I'm 100% sure if it had a Physical Ice Stab it be banned to Ubers.
