Which fucking game allows you to get Staryu early on? like before the second or third gym? Just tried trading an egg in fr/lg and got "lol fuck off" and the god damn GTN is down for era 4 and dont own a second DS to test/see for myself

All I wanna do is get one of these fucks before the near end of the game where they dont ever feel like a part of the group
