The original joke is that the "virgin" description was posted with huge amounts of frequency to insult the various losers of /r9k/, but the virgin shit was just generic nerd/loser things like poor posture, walking funny, looking down, arms at the side.
Therefore the joke is that Chad is the exact opposite of everything the virgin does to the extreme. Instead of walking with his head down, Chad constantly flexes his neck around. Instead of walking with a long gait, Chad crab walks. Instead of being quiet, Chad constantly screeches.
I don't get why the joke is so hard for newfags.
