This will continue for months, not missing a single day.
I could start by introducing it in smaller doses, mixed with her Poke-food, gradually increasing it as time passes. Once she got used to it, I will then try to feed her pure semen without any Pokefood mixed in it.
After several months, her body will have gotten used to ingesting my semen and her body no longer rejects it as a foreign material.
At this point the Suicune has probably taken a liking to me and is comfortable with my presence, so it will not fight back if I try to mate with it.
I will then proceed to breed with Suicune, and since her bodily systems are very much familiar with my seed, it will not reject it, thus making fertilization possible.
If we go by the Pokemon breeding rule, where the offspring is always the same species as the mother, Suicune will then lay more Suicune eggs and I will father a bunch of Legendary Pokemon.
