Provided everything stayed E rated and they didn't bring in drama, the lighting and colours used would be much less flat. Pokemon would be shown more expressively instead of always staying super on model next to stock art.

Constant gender special bullshit. "Asexual" characters everywhere. Everyone is "trans." No male characters just "female" characters with penises.
Every pokemon design would eventually mutate into overly long, leggy and freakishly off model shit. Official art would be cloudy and poorly rendered, if ever posted at all.
Pokemon game plots would be even worse. Filled with tumblr level "lessons" that no one asked for.

It wouldn't, because she's got a serious prima donna complex that makes it borderline impossible for anyone to work with her.

She started the DA group called PMD Explorers which was a character-driven drawn story where you like draw your own Mystery Dungeon Team undertaking missions in comic styles. So many good Poke artists worked together to make something that was really fun and cool, and her art was always at the forefront for good reason, but she couldn't keep her drama and shitty fetishes out of it

You can go on DA and see the remnants of a great collaboration of Poke artists and story tellers
