A group of trainers from all different regions of the Pokemon world are working together to set up the Pokemon Global League, a new tournament for trainers around the world to unite and fight for glory. However, someone from another universe is setting Ultra Beasts wild on the island in an attempt to sabotage the tournament from starting. I'd adapt the games for an adult target following the protagonist of each generation focused on the main team plot respecting the game plot. More or less One ear for each story with weakly releases.

To not make thing bad with Kusaka, I would use the "each adaptation is an universe's excuse but this one would be the 'canon' events of the games as far possible.

I say this because there's even nuslockes that are better than Pokemon special manga, so the games have potential for a better adapted story/anime.

An actual story of the pokemon world from a "realistic" point of view.
The plot is the history of the current champion of the region , from the start of his journey to capturing really dangerous pokemon (gengar that tries to kill him, a houndoom that bites him and burns part of his arm forever, etc) with actual pokemon death and a sense of dangerous pokemon being dangerous (hydreigon being a fucking killing machine and not the Mon of some 12 y old kid like in the anime etc).
Main character would have a team consisting of Rhydon Hydreigon Gengar Espeon Gyarados and Whimsicott, each chapter explaining how he got his main mons and his side mons etc.

The Pokemon World is a sci-fi world, they can teleport humans in Gen 1 and Gen 5, so the medical science should be very good.

A story set centuries before modern era. Back in feodal / medieval times, where the plot shows how humans came to tame pokemon in the past, and how they managed to capture them as well ( showing some bullshit magic capture tool instead of pokeballs ). Also some battles and even pokemon death as well.
It'll follows the journey of a peasant named Guyn in a dangerous world, probably old Kalos or something. He would be somekind of autistic about trying to be a knight, and will prefer bipedals pokemon such as Lucario so he could consider them as "squires". He will miserably fail a lot of times, which will result in somekind of depression that he'll have to overcome.

MC is from a region where competitive trainers are usually garbage, but he’s the first to do well in the most prestigious league in the world (Kanto) and is on track to upset the tourney favorite. He sends his next Pokémon out and it has a Mega Stone, which is against the rules since he’s already used one mega. He’s disqualified, expelled from Kanto, and sent to his home region. He’s a laughing stock. A pro trainer organization agrees to sponsor him, but he has to start over with Pokémon only from the region and has to mentor/train a rookie trainer (an undercover princess).
