Been using a sash Pheromosa, who honestly sweeps most teams on it's own, Mega Gardevoir, who I want the ribbon on, and been trying different tanks for the third slot. AV Milotic has been working best since Pheromosa can easily U-Turn out of fire types, but it results in Ferrothorn being my teams biggest weakness.
The first 35/40 battles are never an issue, but then I just screw up or get hit by unbeatable bad luck. I guess it's my fault more often than not, but Quick Claw sweeps really annoy me when it happens.
