Make them only resist dragon instead of being immune to it. Also give Ice type a massive buff to remove Fairy's dragon-counter monopoly, and make poison super-effective against bug or water so it can still have in offensive presence when fairies become less common.

Bam. Done. With this, Grass and Bug rise in popularity since Fairy will still be very good, but not AS good. It fits the theme as well
And you know what? They could take the chance to add this
