You explicitly ignored the element of cartoonishness I mentioned. Luxray still has an oversized mane, Tyranitar also tends to being a lot more rounder and fatter than fandom remembers, even stuff like Dusk-Lycanroc has that big ole' smirk. Besides that, did you consider how this thing looks nothing like Torracat, or even Litten? Why does it look like it comes from a completely different line? Why is the tail suddenly fluff when both Litten and Torracat's don't? Why does it change back to black as its primary color from Torracat's red? Where's the face fluff? Incineroar at least, even if you don't like the direction it took, clearly looks like it comes from Torracat as Torracat from Litten. Stripes, tail, facial fluff/stache, even the ears gradually losing gray coloring.
