Problem 1: ice types are usually shitmon
Problem 2: ice type moves are great coverage and the ice move distribution means better non-ice mons can nigger ice types out of their offensive rights.
Problem 3: fairy. The one thing ice types had going for them was the need for STAB ice moves to take out dragons. Oh look at that we have a type that niggers that from them again but also improves upon it and is immune to dragon.
Ice is just fucked.
Abandon it.
The only foreseeable fix is if they make ice immune to something or resist more.
