used this paired with tapu bulu and it did better than I expected. Was using it with AV bulu but I might try terrain extender because the main problem is not having the terrain long enough.

In Gen 5 Sleep mechanics were pretty broken because your mon could be asleep for a long time, and the sleep counter reset if you switched out a sleeping mon, so putting an opponent to sleep was basically the same as making the game 6-5

I was tired of betting memed on by Breloom so my solution was to use a Choice Specs Sleep Talk Latios. Switch in on the obvious Spore and then proceed to kill the Breloom who would invariably stay in thinking it could set up Sub or SD when I switched out my Latios. Every attack of latios could easily OHKO Breloom (Draco Meteor, Psyshock, HP Fire) so it usually got at least one kill per game

I eventually switched to a Balanced SubCM Latias Set and styled on niggas with that instead, but that isn't a super novel set

People expect a jolly Terrakion and usually switch out mons that are faster than adamant Terrakion (looking at you, Lele), giving it a free SD. It loves switching in on Knock Off or Ash-grens that are locked into dark pulse, too. Better have a Kartana counter if you wanna use it, though.

Specs do what they always do. Being locked into Sleep Talk is pretty bad once your mon wakes up, but gen 5 sleep mechanics were broken as hell

Previously, Unburden was only a thing for Fake Out pokemon, consisting of Hitmonlee, and maybe for the odd physical Sceptile running a (Gimmick) Leaf Storm boost set.
Now, it's a great ability for anything.
