objectively wrong
original gen ii was the most aesthetic one, hgss ruined it with the overly-saturated colour palette
frlg was so stale that even hoenn is more aesthetic than it, if only for places like the soot route

Gen 2 and Gen 4 has the best aesthetics for me.

I don't like the overly bright colours seen otherwise
(besides gen 1 obviously which had no colour)

Gen 5 was alright
