Theoretically sure, Xatu probably the best partner.

Would it work? Dragon-Fighting-Fire-Steel coverage neutrally hits every mon in existence so it probably works 98% of the time.

Might try this, could have fun doing the same with Extreme Evoboost too.

I ran a set that was Pheromosa with Speed Swap and used it on Aegislash and other slow as fuck Pokemon that could be used well with high offensive stats, as well as Psych Up Evoboost strats with some Pokemon that had some subpar stats.
However, that does not even begin to tell you one of my favorites. I spent hours trying to get Smeargle with Transform. Now that I had that, I would use this bulky smeargle and use Imprison and block and depending on what the opponent had, I'd either switch out, rinse, repeat, or stay and set up.

I used Block and then imprison. I also use maximum SPdef and def IVs and EVs. If I felt it was a bit too dangerous I had spore as well, and had it hold a focus sash.
After using imprison, I transform. This blocks out the opponent from using any of its moves. Because I now have all the moves they do, they can't use their own moves. If the Pokemon had good moves for setup or something else, I'd stay in and use them.
Sorry for the confusing wording.

I'd recommend this as a meme set only, but I mainly use spore so anything that breaks sash will be asleep. Block is very necessary as sometimes in higher ranks (usually past around 34) AI will switch out upon Struggling.

That's attack drops. My possible hypothesis is that it used an attack against Dedenne that is dragon type and then Dedenne used encore, which lead to its stat drops. The defense buffs I don't know.

Druddigon’s drops were from Intimidate partners. Dedenne has 252 HP/Def, Bold Nature, Cheek Pouch, and a Kee Berry. Tanks a physical hit, its Def goes up and it heals at the same time. It runs Recycle to repeat this, Parabolic Charge for additional recovery and STAB, Toxic or Super Fang for enemies that resist Electric, and Charge to boost its SpDef and Parabolic Charge.
