But here's the catch: You can only make the name and description, other people have to decide BP, Accuracy, effects, ect.

Here, I'll start:
>Corrosive Terrain
The user spreads toxic sludge all over the ground, strengthening Poison-type Pokemon.
(Bonus points if a seed is made for it)

>Dust Devil
The user whips up a cloud of dust filled with rock particles, and buffets the target with it.

>Negotiate
The user attempts to negotiate the situation with it's opponent passively. It doesn't work.

>Void Blade
The target is slashed with a blade of nothingness. This attack has no type.
